If it were thought that every person in the stadium was armed do you think that it's more or less likely that someone would pull out a gun?

Allow everyone to be armed and it would be mass chaos with bullets flying everywhere. How about encouraging patrons at college or pro sporting events to carry? How would that work out?

Carrying a gun is your right - in legal places - but you are one paranoid dude if you are worried about not having it with you.
Yes, it was an inept job of searching. But guns were not allowed and bullets were still flying everywhere. So how did banning guns prevent this?

I would posit that the first people that pulled out guns were led to believe that they were the only ones with a gun in the place. Or, it was an organized plot by several people to sneak guns in and shoot the place up, in which case, the unarmed people had no chance.

We'll learn more as we know more about exactly what happened. But the bottom line is that banning guns, once again, did not stop a gun crime.

The same as banning guns did not stop the Ft Lauderdale shooter.

But - if everyone was armed, the carnage would be greater. Alcohol fueled in bars or clubs or sporting events - guns would be blazing.

But think how much money could be raised by the gov't for G.U.I convictions.
