It was a stunt set up at taxpayer's expense ($200,000 for the plane to take Pence there). Trump let the cat out of the bag when he tweeted he told Pence to do it. PS, kneeling does not disrespect the flag, the anthem, the veterans, or anything else. These players are TRYING to bring attention to the fact that cops shoot blacks 2.5% times more than whites, police brutality is indeed a thing.

A mellin head, can you provide the statistics on what percentage of offenders are black? That might explain why there's more black people being shot by police...

As far as Trump tweeting he told Pence to do it, possibly they were communicating via text messaging while he was at the game? Possibly Pence suggested that he was going to walk out and Trump said yeah do it...

Black support tends to go toward the criminals in the community rather than to the overwhelming number of people in the community who are law-abiding. That needs to end. What also needs to end is the lack of respect for and cooperation with police officers. Some police are crooked, but black people are likelier to be victims of violent confrontations with police officers than whites simply because blacks commit more violent crimes than whites per capita.

It was a political stunt pure a simple. I do not like Mike Pense for several reasons.

The big one being the Consitution calls for "FREEDOM OF RELIGION" which, to me means, you get to practice yours but not impose yours on me!

AS ALWAYS COPUFF THE RECOVERING CATHOLIC!
