There is a petition taken every four years. It is called the presidential election. Some posters on this forum must be old enough to remember actually winning one without the help of the Supreme Court.

Clinton has the protection of Obama and Lynch.

All one has to do is watch Lynches disgusting testimony yesterday.

It was all in the legalese category of...."I...... did not have sex with that woman..."

Legal weasels.....using, abusing or hiding behind the letter of the law.

Actually she was referring to the FBI investigation which did not find enough evidence to make any charges against Hillary Clinton.

The Republicans are just using this for all it is worth to get Donald Trump's numbers up.

Let's just wait for the Trump University mess. That man is one dishonest con man and it is quite easy to find enough evidence to move forward with an indictment against Donald Trump. Intent is there. Clinton was sloppy and probably is not very good with computers. A lot of politicians probably are not all that savvy with technology nor with cars and the like. Everything is done for them by someone else.

That is a hilarious joke! Apparently you weren't listening to him testify in congress. He even said that if anyone working for him had done the same thing, they would be in jail or fired or both. He said that anyone doing what she did would never be able to have a clearance with the government again. So, how would Hillary do the president's job if she didn't have access to classified? No, it was fixed and the majority of America knows it. The majority say she should be indicted.

Allowing CLinton to use ignorance as a defense is the stupidest thing you could do. She was briefed and trained in the handling of classified information. She did this deliberately to keep anyone from ever seeing her personal business. She is a criminal felon and should be in jail for the rest of her life.

Trump is not the issue/subject of this thread. If you wish to disparage Trump then start another thread. Trump's issue is a civil issue, not criminal. Hillary did a crime that others went to jail for doing less.

Politico reports Petty Officer Kristian Saucier faces up to 10 years but will likely get a sentence of 5-6 years in prison for keeping cell phone pics which he never disclosed, or planned to disclose, to anyone. He had photos of a submarine engine room.

Since Obama took office in 2009, seven people have been charged under the Espionage Act -- all for leaking classified or sensitive information. Five -- Kiriakou, Shamai Leibowitz, Chelsea (previously Bradley) Manning, Jeffrey Sterling, and former State Department official Stephen Kim -- got jail time. But not Hillary

Comey is what you get when a puppet is to far from the handler.

Add to his open and obvious dodge and weave contrived testimony the joke session with Lynch on Monday and ther is only one conclusion.

The democrats have circled the wagons.
Since Obama and his reports are all complicit in what was done or not done during Clinton's crime and conspiracy against their actions spree.....they have no choice but to take legally worded positions that afford them the ability to not tell the truth.

Afford them the ability to treat Clinton as above the law while they themselves all lie to the American people to protect Obama and hence allow Clinton to literally and actually get away with espionage, conspiracy, betrayal of country, felony and murder of Americans.

I know "thinking" for themselves, real human, democrats with core values and ethics that animately do not support Clinton or Obama and Lynch and Comey lying to supress and distort her crimes. They will not vote for her.

Those who have no more capability than to follow the pied piper or drink the kool aide are destined to continue with what they have. They are incapable of seeing or understanding the crimes against America. In fact they prefer to pretend it is not there to facilitate their piped piper, pull the string n the neck adherence to what they are told.

Sad!

The "have no intent" defense apparently only works if you are a Clinton!

Clinton is in the same category as a cow pie.

She looks like one.
She acts like one.
She strives to be as smart as one.
