The Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education met around September 6, 2000 to vote on considering my work from MN, CA, IL as payment for my Stipend Grant for my Masters Degree from the University of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship and Information Management. I got the MA in 1984 and was supposed to go work in Nevada for a set number of a years. They counted the work I did on the 224 613 Project from 1991-2000 as fulfilling that contract. This was from the State of Nevada WICHE. I was only in Nevada for a few weeks total after graduating from the U of Denver.

Many organizations seem to have seen the value of this work.

I had been quite ecstatic when volunteering at the Palm Harbor Library in Florida when I learned about this and mentioned it to a lot of the other volunteers there and as well at East Lake Community Library whenever I started volunteering there as well.

Ron Sparks, II was my contact at the WICHE State of Nevada.

I did have the help of Mills Lane with strategy of some of this 224 613 Project. He was a prosecutor for Washoe County and a bridge partner of my parents. The referee in the Tyson-Holyfield ear biting bout. TV Judge. Author.

A long fight won would be the biggest payback.

Whatever else this might bring depends on a lot of factors which I need not go into on a forum like this. I have talked about them with them some dear friends. We will see what happens. Que sera, sera.

How do you remember all this ? I’ve had meatloaf for the past 3 nights because my wife made it for me before she went up north for a week. I couldn’t remember how long or what temperature to cook it at.

I have put a lot of it up on Talk of the Villages before so I just have to look around. I do have 32, 476 + posts and many of these are about my victim advocacy work.

And writing my nurse friend letters as well as to other friends. I am a big letter writer as well as Facebook person.

Not sure where my nurse friend works. Maybe it is the Villages Regional Hospital. She is often very busy with life. I call her or send her texts. I do not know if she reads this Political Forum but if she does. HELLO. That to her colleagues too. She thought my 224 613 Project worthwhile and me not crazy for trying to get celebrities involved with it. If you are fighting a bully you need friends in high places sometimes.

Facebook got me into a whole lot of life shlt when my half sister contacted me after 56 years of no contact. I’m still trying to figure out the whole mess and probably never will.

A few years ago we learned that my late younger brother had had a rather serious relationship with a girlfriend when he was about 22. We learned through Facebook and a lot of digging later that he had agreed with the woman that she would go her own way when she was pregnant. Instant whole new wing of the family. In Reno, Nevada no less as well as Vegas. My mother became a great grandmother overnight sort of. Does mean I have to get a lot more birthday and Christmas cards. And I can find out a lot about what is going on in Reno, Nevada. My younger brother's daughter wanted to find out about her birth father. She did it via Facebook. And my niece has the same birthday as a friend I made her in the Villages. Just a some years difference. As I like to hang out with women near my own age.

I told my niece all about the 224 613 Project and she can follow develops as they happen in Reno, Nevada with respect to Rodney Halbower and the 224 murder of Michelle Mitchell. And stuff that happens in Vegas as well.

I cut off all contact with my birth family. After much soul searching, DNA means NOTHING.

The National Judicial College is in Reno, Nevada. Many judges would be familiar with the Michelle Mitchell 2-24 murder. They train judges from around the US.

Some of my Professors at the University of Nevada, Reno also taught there. The National Judicial College in on that Campus.

And through these judges they might spread my ideas about the 224 613 Project coupled with the hundreds of thousands of communications I have sent since 1991. Some to the National Judicial College and some to my professors who used to teach there.

Do they see 224 and 613s in movies, TV shows, ads, etc? Probably. Do they know what they might mean? Maybe? Maybe not.

Would they want jurors educated in the law? Maybe? Maybe not.

That would be part of looking out for the rights of crime victims/survivors. That they get the actual perpetrator of the crime and not some convenient mentally ill patsy like Cathy Woods. Of course, I only learned that Woods was probably innocent in 2014 but I am a big fan of digging into the facts and getting the right result.
