My cleaning lady told me this week that their insurance just went up an additional $350 per month, which they cannot afford. Obamacare doesn't just impact those signed up for it. It's sending all insurance skyrocketing.

Someone who has labeled it the UN-affordable Care Act is apparently spot-on.

And most of us are on Medicare.....A very socialist program. I was supposed to have healthcare for life under my company until it was bought out and now NO retiree healthcare.

And those of us who are on Medicare paid into it and are still paying into it.
We also paid, along with our employers, into SS all our working lives and some still want to call us 'free-loaders'. NO.

Certainly there can be no surprise of rate increases .

ADDing more folks up to age 24 or whatever age they decided upon.
Pre existing conditions...... Add them all in as well.

Now the amounts of dollars being paid out by the insurance companies can only do what? Right! Increase! And when payouts increase profits go down. Guess what? Rate increases to policy holders to get back to profitability like it was before adding allow the higher incident clients!

No mystery.

And if nothing is done to stop the upward spiral, guess what? The government will step in and resurrect the government run and funded single payer insurance.

Then the feces will launch from the oscillator!!

All the above was predicted while the ACA was being rammed through for approval!

The Dems pushed this Obamacare through without reading it, and they now want blame the Republicans for it's failure. What a juvenile attitude. Kind of like the way Obama authorized five million bucks and got five trained soldiers. It failed and he said he didn't like the idea anyway.

Obamacare represents involvement in 1/6th of our economy. It made sense to progressives because their basic tenet is not equal opportunity but guaranteed equal outcomes. This same principle applied to housing and the economy was drowned because progressives said everyone is entitled to a home even if they can't pay for it. There are exceptions to this progressive philosophy politicians, wealthy progressive contributors, government employees, public unions all feed off the government one way or another.

Disparate Impact is another way of guaranteeing equal outcomes. It states that if the end result is that a protected class is not proportionally represented its obvious evidence of discrimination.

Simply stated Obama and those progressives who follow, support and defend him are complicit in flushing this nation down the drain

Liberals insist on doing everything they can to destroy our economy. The mortgage problem was a result of the gov (liberals) getting involved in banking. The energy problem/cost is a result of gov controls and regulation. The health care cost is a result of high malpractice insurance cost. The health insurance problem is because of gov regulation and limits imposed against cross state shopping. And this is just related to the economy. The gov nanny has also ruined a lot of other areas of our lives too. To suggest that the gov has done good in other areas, that are socialist related, is like telling a drug addict that if not for the pusher, he would be in a lot of pain and discomfort. So the drug pusher is good for drug addicts. Once a people is addicted to socialism, it becomes dependent on the gov nanny.
