I cant disagree with what buffalo Jim posted.

They do have a strong family ethic. Most gather as a family after church on Sunday and spend entire day together.

The majority show up for work on time and seldom ask what time are they leaving today (opposite of the African American that shows up late and first question is what time will we be done) The Hispanics work and keep themselves busy (again different for the African American that wants to stand around and talk to everybody on the job all day long).

Never had any conversation about gang views and have never been around those that had experience, so can't comment on that.

There are a few flaws in the group:

The language is a badge of honor to them. They will not give it up. Monday mornings are the worst, as they just spent the whole day prior speaking Spanish with thier families and they look very confused listening to english. But by Friday noon they are all better. Lol

And the catholic religion along with a very strong belief has them convinced they will go to hell if they use birth control, so they end up with more kids than they can afford.

The illegals (any color) are definitely a problem as they drive the wage down for the rest.

For 16 years...since I retired and my eyes were opened. It wasn't so noticeable then, they stuck to themselves, hid out because there were illegals. But then, their LEGAL kids began to grow in numbers...and THEY had kids...and now you can see it...they're EVERYWHERE. Get away from the villages/touristy areas and it's very noticeable.

Yes, they run the blacks into white neighborhoods...because we can't seem to say no. Then our neighborhood turns into sh!t. And we have to move out.

NOBODY wants the blacks around. Not whites, hispanics, asians, MEerners. Not even other blacks. In Africa they STILL enslave. They STILL commit genocide. Because they're NOT us, they act like what they are...wild animals...lacking 50,000 years of city/community living. They're literally cavemen. As backwards as the Amazonian or Borneo indians that are found occasionally.

Speaking Spanish and doing Latino things together...not "melting" into American culture. They speak their own language, listen to their own music, watch their own TV...WHAT are they binging to us? Mexican food? It ALL tastes the same. It's the same 5 or 6 ingredients all prepared slightly differently. Like Bubba and all the ways to prepare shrimp...it's still shrimp over and over.

Their work ethic will change. As they become the majority, wield more and more social power, that'll change.

Hispanic gangs are a HUGE problem. They've taken over out west. Half the gang member in America are Hispanic. And we're NOT talking about the "Guardian Angels".

Demographics

Slavery was fought by the common man ONLY because he couldn't compete with slave owners. FREE states were free ONLY to ensure that white men could compete with slaves. How can you compete running an operation with 100 paid employees and your competition uses 150 slaves paid nothing? Slavery ONLY ended when mechanization made them obsolete.

Hispanics aren't melting into American culture, they're bringing their own and keeping it. They'll soon be the majority and then America as we know it is done.
