Joe is working out just fine as VP - thanks for asking. He made The Wasilla Quitta look like a fool in their debates. Granted, that is not very hard to do. But, he serves his purpose as VP. |

This was not his doing as he was just a child, but his family were Mormans for a time when they lived in NV and doubtful there could be two Mormans on the same ticket. The only legislation he has put forth so far is the Blunt-Rubio Amendment which would have allowed employers to determine what health care a women can recieve had it not failed in the Senate. His immigration bill doesn't seem to be gaining much steam. Probably the biggest reason Rubio won't be picked is because Jim Greer, former chairman of the republican party, is going on trial in FL just about the time the Republican Naional Convention is starting, and Rubio could be implicated in some mischief or at least called to testify. Mitt Romney would not want someone with that notoriety on the ticket. http://www.politico.com/blogs/charli...re-123708.html |
Coralway, Palin cleaned Biden's clock in the debate.

Mean while back to the thread...while Romney runs this ad, the Obama team continues with the one that is mocked all over and is so full of lies, CNN commentator took it on....
"CNN's Ashleigh Banfield took Obama spokesperson Ben LaBolt to task on Tuesday when she questioned him about a new ad released by the campaign that criticizes GOP candidate Mitt Romney's leadership record at Bain Capital. The ad features interviews with several steel workers who lost their jobs while Romney supposedly led Bain Capital. Banfield said it was "heart-wrenching" to hear the steel workers rip Romney's leadership "when in fact he wasn't at the helm when that company went bankrupt." She then asked, referring back to the ad, "Was that fair, or was that dirty?" LaBolt maintained that even when Romney left to help organize the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, he still owned Bain and profited from the company. "You and I both know he was not managing the company at that time," Banfield charged. She asked if it was "unfair" and "dirty" to highlight one plant that was already failing during a time when the steel industry was at its worst. She pointed out that "business is complex, and it can't be boiled down to simple black and white that easily." At the end of the interview, Banfield told LaBolt to "keep it clean out there for heaven's sake. We hate that crap on television." Ashleigh Banfield On Obama Ad: 'We Don't Want This Crap On Television' (VIDEO) The man does not know how to tell the truth !!! Too bad he didnt learn truth telling from his mentor of 20 years...it just never sunk it thus he tells Rev Wright...that his problem (Wrights) was that he had to tell the truth all the time !!!! Too bad he never got mentored on telling the truth ! |
On the real side, though,
Has the technology been proven to ensure the oil that could be gathered from the Athabasca Fields be transported in a method that would be practical to the consumer? The Keystone Pipeline would do no good if the oil was so expensive it could not be sold. What method of extraction would be used at the fields? |

"Apparently Obama and his administration operate under that old, underhanded adage that if you tell a lie long enough and loud enough it becomes "truth" because Obama has done it again by lying about how his jobs bill was to have been instrumental in the repairs of bridges that span the Ohio River. Back in September President Obama had another one of his campaign rallies disguised as a press conference in downtown Cincinnati in front of the Brent Spence Bridge, a span that connects Ohio and Kentucky. At that time he claimed that his jobs bill and stimulus money was to pay for much needed repairs on the bridge. Afterward, newspaper fact-checkers in Cincy as well as Washington DC noted that Obama's claims were simply untrue, no stimulus money was going to any of the bridges over the Ohio river, much less the Brent Spence. Read about where the oil would come from and you might start wondering about final costs of the oil. It is not as simple as drilling a well straight down into a pool of oil like in Texas or Oklahoma. It is very interesting this can be done at all and is very amazing to say the least. |

Our methods are more advanced, and the oil has increased in value. Let the markets decide, you don't have to. |
