YES I am for sure biased against Trump.

You say you value truth, but you are a smart lady...you KNOW he lies and you know he makes totally false accusations, and he does those things as President of the United States.

My value of truth and morals will not allow me to tolerate anyone like that. It is a disgrace to our country and to the office he holds.

If you tell me you do not know he is a chronic liar, not a political truth twister, I flat out will not believe you because you posts reflect some brains.

NOBODY SHOULD RESPECT THIS MAN....the office....YES, but we should be wary of what he is doing to that office.

Now you begin to talk like one of the trolls on here who is brain washed. You call the media the "liberal media" that is from Trump. The media is the exact same media it has always been. You feel Trump has been mistreated ? Well...then perhaps he should begin to act like a world leader instead of what he is. He mocks anyone and anybody...war heroes, the media, ex presidents, heads of states, etc and he does it with no reason and no back up.

Is the media hard on him...yes....each day we wake up in this country wondering what this man has done or said that we should either be ashamed of, afraid of, or very uneasy about. ALMOST ALL of his tweets etc are unnecessary and are to attract the attention of the very media he complains about.

Give me a logical or honest defense of Trump and I bet it will have a few general statements about Obama and Clinton and veiled accusations about the media....they report what he says and what he does, and yet you guys call it, as he does, fake news. It is his words, him on video...and he calls it fake news. he is a demeaning, mean spirited man who I opposed by posted on here, I had hopes of him understanding he is president. BUT alas, he does not care....his family is getting richer as he is in office. They are the ones using private servers, they are the ones who are being called out by the ethics groups, he continues to insult everyone in this country except for that core who adore him for some unknown reason.

I suppose this country with all the reality shows just adores these media stars in lieu of reasoned and responsible people.

It is he who contradicts his own secy of state and secy of defense and his does it on a PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL stage.

i am sorry, but yes I have a very strong bias against this man....I never like liars or deceivers and certainly not someone with such a mean and nasty spirit. I COULD not in a million years support this person.....his entire history,.....growing up in the Klan, becoming the largest offender of civil rights in housing....attacking the Central Park Five publicly as guilty a few days after arrest and finding out he was wrong after spending over 10,000 dollars to humiliate them in the NY papers....he spent millions over many years to try and humiliate our last President (with whom I had very few agreements) and continued that....he has mocked people under attack...he has mocked war heroes....he has embraced the country that everyone on earth fears....and most of this as our President......having children chant at the boy scout rally terrible things about others and love for him, in ITSELF SHOULD MAKE YOU ASHAMED.

This man will go down in history for all the wrong reasons...he has done nothing for this country and my opinion is that he is destroying his party and their future. He makes up issue to insure his vast white following such as the NFL......the Tea Party did worse....for more un american reasons and he supports it. He has had a thing for the NFL for years....read about his battles when he took them on as an owner of a fledgling league.....he just attacks.

Believe it or not, we do have some common ground. Regarding Trump, I do believe that his life thus far has shown lack of integrity. I'm not so naive or foolish as to think otherwise. I very much dislike that he spouts off at the mouth and at times does not think before he speaks/acts. What I do like is that he has surrounded himself with at least some people who I respect and that appear to have integrity. It is usually a good sign to me when a person is not afraid to hire people who are better than oneself - more capable. When I voted for Trump, I was voting for a successful businessman who wasn't afraid to face and speak out against the establishment. What I hope to get in time is someone who sees the value in integrity and honesty and pray that he might be on that path with his selection of VP and some cabinet members. I do believe in redemption........we shall see. All I know is that our country is more important than any one person and if we don't make an effort to stand together at some point, we are destined to fall.

Regarding the "liberal" media - seriously, you think Trump started that?? You're kidding, right? I've been talking about the liberal media since way before Trump. Now you can't tell me as a former conservative Republican that you have not heard or dealt with that before Trump came on the scene. Okay, don't get mad but I have to bring up Obama - you do remember how the media fawned over him and rarely reported anything that was negative. Now I do understand that Trump brings a lot of negativity upon himself, but this media appears to be hellbent on bringing him down and I don't think that is my imagination.

Thank you for offering links and for the opportunity to discuss. As far as the links, I do appreciate it, but really no need because I know of what you speak and understand what we are dealing with. The difference between you and me is that I have accepted that this is our reality. There is nothing at this point that I can do personally to change it, so I will continue to tread carefully, seek out truth, and hope for the best possible outcome. No one is perfect, and believe it or not, sometimes good can come out of some not so good people. Fighting it, by being bitter and angry, will accomplish nothing.

Just a fleeting comment.

You mentioned his appointments.

He already is PUBLICLY dupisagreeing with his Secy of state.

Today we are hearing he, DESPITE SECY MATTIS, may simply pull from the Iran deal (I started a thread n some of thiscalled "concerning")

If he does not listen to these people, who I agree were fine, and if Corker was even close to correct, we got problems.

I do not think we have a luxury of accepting. It is a dangerous game and this is not "The Apprentice"

He is dangerous simply because of his lack of morals, his instability and if these cracks are real.....

I hear ya.....thanks for the heads up. I will be watching because, as you say, if he chooses to go against some of these people it could be a real reason for concern.
