I've heard the same or worse from my neighbors. And I have heard women in TV use vulgar language in mixed company that men wouldn't use in front of women. Your false indignity is so disingenuous. No doubt, you have used such language too, but don't want your partner to know it.

It seems there is not any place where viewers can go where vulgarity and degrading acts are not present.

your description of me clearly indicates how saturated the poison of Hollywood has penetrated our society.

Let's just take expletives for example. there was a time when Clark Gable's "dam" during the filming of Gone With The Wind" made national headlines.

Today gutter words that I have never uttered are common place among pre-teens. Women are commonly referred to as "b".... How demeaning a word for any woman. so do the Melissa Mc Carthy's of the world add or subtract when it comes to demanding respect?

I don't use bad language well at least expletives never leaves my thoughts to become spoken words. I don't see myself in that manner.

and we haven't even advanced the discussion to what movies/television have become when dealing with sex
