What is preventing a rapist disguising himself as a woman and hiding in a bathroom today?
|
Nothing. But he HAS TO HIDE. If these laws change, ANY man can go in. Just claim they "feel they're a woman". A business is NOT ALLOWED TO QUESTION these ADA and "special rights" people. You get sued for "embarrassing them".
They can wait outside for a woman they're interested in and follow them in.
This is another Pandoras Box. Just like many of the other "civil rights" rulings.

Try to get your story straight you wrote
"They can't YET...if these laws pass...they WILL."

He didn't write that, I did, so get straight whom YOU are talking to pal... :) Just dogging you. It wasn't him.

Chances are that you have already shared a public bathroom with a transgender. You would not know it in most instances. They will go into a stall and lock the door while they do their business.
|
BUT...if you open up women's restrooms to transgenders, REAL "men" perverts will use that law to THEIR advantage too. Remember, when they get these things approved, they become "protected" and the business won't dare question them. They'll get sued, it's happened.
Nobody has a problem with REAL transgendered people who go the whole nine yards and really do look the part. You're right, we'd never know. We didn't know.
But predatory men WILL take advantage of this law. Peeping Toms mostly I'd imagine. Trying to get a peek.
