Eight years and Obama accomplished NOTHING, while each and every day, you and the liberal fake news media expects the wall to be built right away. Rome wasn't built in a day, so don't expect the wall or healthcare to be built in a day! ENOUGH ALREADY!!!! When does the man sleep?!! He's up tweeting at 4 and 5 most mornings, and working into the night, which Obama never put in a full day. I as a distruster of fake news would rather have it straight from the man via twitter than the fake news media.

Why does he have to know the cost of health care before he can reform taxes? That has absolutely nothing to do with other taxes out there. The one thing I remember about that part is that he wants to do away with fining people on their tax returns because they don't take part in the mandatory requirement of obtaining Obamacare. I totally agree. People should never have been fined in the first place. Why should people be penalized for something that they can not afford? I can't afford a Cadillac, either, but at least I don't have to pay a fine for driving something else or nothing at all. This was ruled by the Supreme Court to be a tax in the first place, but yet I don't think it is deductible or included in the standard tax deduction for those who do not itemize. Is it? That begs the question also: Is that a tax and not a fine, if requiring the purchase price of insurance has been ruled a tax? Just asking. As for the President's total lack of knowledge of the content of the bill, when in business (yes, government is a business now) does the one at the top have complete knowledge of policies/procedures as they are being written by those assigned to take care of it? No, when they have finished, it is submitted to him to approve/disapprove, and make changes if necessary. It's called 'delegate'. If at that time, he doesn't read and totally understand but signs it anyway, then HE owns it because he signed off on it. |

------------------------------------- Tax cuts, or reform WILL affect the national deficit. Depending on health care, one of largest items, in the budget is a major consideration, at least in my opinion. -------------------------------------- President Trump is the lead man now. He, and he alone has been selling this particular bill for many many months. "As House Republicans moved towards a vote on the health care bill, GOP lawmakers characterized his role similarly. This week, in advance of meetings with Republicans who opposed the bill, Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-North Carolina) called Trump "the closer." Final support for the bill would be won by Trump, who would use his skills as a dealmaker to push it over the finish line. Trump repeatedly promised to repeal and replace Obamacare with "something terrific." But he never described the policy mechanisms of the replacement he preferred. And the outcomes he described—coverage for everyone, lower premiums, no changes to Medicaid—had little or no connection to the bill that House Republicans eventually drew up. That didn't seem to matter to the president. As has always been the case with Trump, making a deal—any deal—was all that mattered. In the end, though, the bill died. Trump couldn't close the deal. And one of the biggest reasons that Trump couldn't close the deal is that he didn't understand or care about the details. The GOP’s Obamacare Repeal Bill Is Dead Because Trump Doesn’t Understand How Health Policy Works - Hit & Run : Reason.com "President Trump was downright low energy. The look on his face, as he meandered through unscripted remarks Friday after the defeat of the Republican health care plan he supported, told the story. The unusually subdued Trump called the loss a "learning experience." Then he seemed to shrug it all off and said he was moving on. But it's hardly going to be that simple or easy. The same fissures in the GOP that derailed the health care bill will be there when it comes to any big issue moving forward, whether it's tax reform, infrastructure or funding the government. And Republicans warn that, unless the president is willing to learn and own the details, the result will likely be the same — failure. Trump's agenda may be doomed unless he learns that 'little' stuff matters | Minnesota Public Radio News |
And this, of course.
"Enter the Freedom Caucus. Trump and Ryan asked this secretive coterie of nearly three dozen congressmen (and yes, they are all men) to vote for a bill that manages a measly 17 percent approval rating. President Trump did make some concessions with the far-right wing of the party, agreeing to cut language about so-called “essential health benefits” like mental health and emergency room coverage. But the bill preserves some pieces of Obamacare, which members of the Freedom Caucus have long promised to repeal. “This is a case where it does seem that the advantages to him are clear, and the advantages to the members are unclear,” Thaler says. Trump’s ultimatum, then, appears to have overplayed its hand. It was precisely the kind of deal that gets turned down." Trump's Ultimatum Caused the AHCA Health Care Bill Failure | WIRED |
It IS a learning experience, not a PRIVATE REAL ESTATE where you own it and answer to nobody and cn insult and bully all you want.
Hope he learns and manifests that by getting two parties together could be his great achievement. "Spicer conceded that the shift to working with Democrats would mark a significant break by the White House, which believed it could rely on GOP majorities to pass legislation. He added that the White House is launching a post-mortem to discover what went right and what went wrong with the health care bill.Trump's outreach to Democrats may be hampered by his past remarks. In January, he called Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer "head clown" of the party. His unfavorable rating among the Democratic grassroots, meantime, is at a sky-high 85 percent, according to one recent poll. Donald Trump Changes Tone on Democrats After Health Care | Time.com |

.....Trump accuses Obama of wiretapping. Congress investigates. No evidence to support. .....Trump accuses US of allowing 5 million illegals to fraudently vote. No evidence, investigation on going. A few of the "ravages" of the past 90 days, none related to Obama. You can not like Obama policies, as I did not, but the only mess facing us now is the current 90 day administration. Would you prefer discussion on health care, taxes, etc ? I sure would, but Trump has given us investigations, fake news, slander, and on and on. You can express anger at Obama policies, none of which Trump is trying to clean up..fact is he is adopting much of what Obama was doing, but mess....no way. The last 90 days have been very messy. I might add, and I realize that degree I cant be specific on , but entirely not debate able is what he has done to the Presidency itself and our foreign image. We,through out the world are a laughing stock as is our Presidency. Our allies do not trust us one bit...because of Trump lies in just 90 days. He had embarassed himself and our country before the foreign press...imagine OUR PRESIDENT claiming publcally before the international press and the President of Germany that he thinks our friends the UK helped to wiretap him and he, the leader of the free world with a super intelligence system, bases that on Judge Napalitano on Fox. |
I'm curious. In what way did Obama destroy our country??
