1. He has already torn the GOP into pieces, and only time will tell if it is ever repaired. This will strengthen the Democratic Party for a long long time, which includes all the congressional seats this election and in two years. Since he got the nomination, more have left him than joined him. This is. Big deal unless you are a Democrat.
2. As much as the country was divided, it is being divided even further. His history, not only words but actions, have pushed blacks and Hispanics further away from not only the GOP but simply being involved. The hate is palpable as in the recent events in schools where children were shouting Trump slogans to minorities. This includes the Jewish and Muslim population. He pretty much has insulted and threatened everyone EXCEPT for those that agree with him. He has the support of very single hate group in the country.
3. He has set a few new low bars for the future. One is the mean spirited language where he demeans anyone who disagrees with him, and labels them usually along the lines of race and ethnicity. He is the first to pull press credentials dependent on "how nice you are to him". If you can imagine this attitude in the Presidency....no chance of compromise because he will PUBLICLY demean you.
4. He has no understanding of government. There is no comparison between running your own business and being expected to lead. We have 3 houses of government and you must work within those confines. That is compounded by those in his own party that have turned their back on him already. He has also already lost any chance of having any ex president assist him as he insulted publicly each and everyone of them.
5. His foreign relation "plans" and comments are absolutely bizarre and scary. He actually wanted to know why we don't use nukes..imagine. He has suggested arming S Korea and Japan with nukes for the simple reason of cost. He has already alienated those countries that we call our allies, to the delight of those who wish to weaken us. He has the support of ISIS and looks like all terrorist groups support him
He supports the possible dismantling of NATO which plays directly into the hands of Russia, since NATO is the only thing stopping their invasions in Eastern Europe. He speaks of nuclear warfare as if it were a walk in the park. He strongly ncourages isolationism in a world that is shrinking rapidly cutting off anybody who is not with HIM.
His trade platforms promise very high inflation, tariffs that will cause what most experts, not most...all predict a steep recession without comparison. These can be checked to see what economists say about ALL his economic proposals.
6. Immigration...who knows. He now sounds like he is supporting exactly what Jeb Bush and Rubio proposed, but we do not know. If he keeps his word and throws all illegal immigrants out immediately, add a tremendous financial burden to all the other economic pains he will cause. He "seems" to be parroting Obama, Bush and Rubio recently but we just don't know.
i could go on and on about his demeanor, his background, his lack of morals nod character, lack of respect for anyone who is not his supporter. He would be the face, or Twitter account,if our country and for me that would make me greatly ashamed.
I keep saying..he is playing this campaign like a reality show. His followers, buffered by a hate for Obama and Clinton see it the same way...a game that ends with an election. Actually after the election everything begins..not ends. I suggest anyone who doubts any if this just read the USA top economists on his financial proposals, the USA top security folks on his ideas on terrorism,and on and on. He promises things that every other person in the world who knows says are impossible.
Then his followers blindly say...look at what he did ith his company. He was a real estate developer...now sells his brand name and he is not that successful. He has promised such huge spending on the national level, it dazzles economists.
But mostly he lies...openly and with no conscience. He relies on his followers not reading and not knowing and simply accepting what he says.
There is much more, but I doubt if anyone has even read this far. By the time of the election, he will be found guilty of fraud in a few states adding that to his resume.
He is simply a low character con artist...and this is not just talking...all can be validated but seems one just don't care and think...all we want is a victory in Nov. well, Nov is when it starts
