Other than the obvious. It puts an end to a criminal organized crime family and it deters others. Maybe even help restore the faith in democracy and repatriate stolen ttmoney.

Those are just a couple of consequences without giving it a lot of thought.

Let's just forgive any previous crime by anybody...

Start with illegal surveillance and unmasking, would you like that for Barry? After all there would be no consequences if it went unpunished. Right

Let's see who gets indicted first, Obama, Clinton, or Trump. My money is on Trumpy, how about you?

I actually made money on the election. Who did you bet on? But you essentially ignored the point of my post anyway.

Trump, of course. Will take a lot of work to make that happen though by Members of Congress and investigators.

In a deposition from a previous lawsuit (that he lost), he had to admit about 30 times that he had lied outright.

Trump's History of Lies, According to Biographer Timothy O'Brien - Bloomberg

Quote:

A decade ago, my lawyers questioned Trump under oath during a deposition in a libel case he filed against me for a biography I wrote, “TrumpNation.” (Trump lost the case in 2011.) Trump had to acknowledge 30 times during that deposition that he had lied over the years about a wide range of issues: his ownership stake in a large Manhattan real estate development; the cost of a membership to one of his golf clubs; the size of the Trump Organization; his wealth; the rate for his speaking appearances; how many condos he had sold; the debt he owed, and whether he borrowed money from his family to stave off personal bankruptcy.

Trump also lied during the deposition about his business relationships with organized crime figures.

When my lawyers asked him whether he planned to sever his partnership with a developer named Felix Sater because of Sater’s mob ties, Trump said he hadn’t decided.

By a normal persons standards, Trump's inability to tell the truth...is beyond astounding.

As the POTUS of the most powerful nation on the planet, his outright lying and inability to tell the truth...is a serious mental condition

I foresee Mueller's attempt to get him to testify under oath, precipitating a lawsuit...that will eventually have to be settled by the SUPREME's.

Mueller would/will rip Chump's head off...and take a $hit down his neck. :D

Because there is no way Chump will voluntarily take the stand and expose himself to the perjury that he can't help himself but to commit...over AND over AND over.

Think about that you Trump Cultists, the President of the Untied States KNOWS he is incapable telling the truth...and yet you still admire and support him?

What does that say about you? :ohdear:

Good and accurate post.

This is why I keep saying.....this does not bode well for our country. He will not stop lying...I just ask you to look at what his biographers have said...he lies daily and has the ability to create a false phoney reality. Scary combination for sure.

Finding the point of your posts is often like trying to find a truthful statement from trumpy. You ignored my point - who would you bet will be the first indicted? (It's actually a rhetorical question, everyone with half a brain knows the answer is trump)

It can't be Trump. Sitting President cannot be indicted....as if I were a lawyer, but based on what I read. Impeachment must come first.

Lots of conversation on that, and my question is based on what we are "hearing" about the direction of the investigation, and based on all the confirmed stories about Trump and money laundering....can he be indicted for past crimes ? I suspect he cannot, and this promises to be a bad scene for our country.

He is not going to quit.....30% of Americans would defend him under any circumstances, somshould this inquiry show bad actions by Trump.....going to be ugly for America.
