US Representative Charles Rangel

D-Harlem...Chairman of the powerful ways and means committee...another prime example of a non representative representative. He is there to enact tax legislation, however does not see that he personally does not have to follow the rules for his own holdings.....his beach property taxes are unpaid among other reported problems.
Since most are lawyers, they have the letter of the law knowledge to hide behind, hence precluding them from any harm when getting caught, like losing their job.

When the Presidential candidates talk of change, they both need to include the flushing out of the do nothing law makers that have been there far too long to care about anything but their personal gain....yeah, right, in our dreams!!!!!
