Default Voter ID Struck Down

The restrictive Voter ID law in Texas has been struck down in Texas!

Texas must allow voting for people without ID. This follows Wisconsin's Voter ID law which was also struck down!

Is Florida the next for us to change?

"A federal appeals court has ruled that Texas's strict voter ID law illegally discriminates against blacks and Hispanics in violation of the Voting Rights Act -- but it stopped short of saying the law must be struck down."

Yeah that`s a really great idea to allow anyone to vote anywhere they want as often as they want and with no ID .

I`m sure that it is exactly what the framers of our Constitution had in mind !

What Constitution? That old parchment was shredded by this administration almost eight years ago. Where have you been?

I wonder if the same court would strike down the requirement of photo ID needed to enter the Democratic National Convention arena?????

Voter ID laws a solution in search of a nonexistent problem - CSMonitor.com

Quote:

A new study shows that the kind of fraud that voter IDs can stop is extraordinarily rare, suggesting that the burden such laws put on the poor, elderly, and minorities might be worse than the actual problem.

This week, Loyola University Law School Professor Justin Levitt reported on the results of a comprehensive study which concluded that in-person voter impersonation is an incredibly rare occurrence:

Well, according to liberals, you shouldn't have show ID to purchase medicine, liquor, purchase a firearm, or fly on an airlines. Now that is what I call real freedom.....

I do wonder why would voter ID be a burden to the poor, elderly, and minorities? Are they suggesting these people are too stupid to carry ID?

"Additionally, voter ID requirements generally apply to in-person voting, not to absentee ballots or mailed ballots."

So, just stay home and commit the "fraud". The sky is falling. Quote some figures on voter fraud or butt out. It must be in the billions.
