Default voting law

Now obama wants to make a law you must vote. Next he will tell you how to vote. Then he will take your right to vote away. So get out there and vote and not for the democrats. See how bad that will be I just told you how to vote did you like it.

I have this ongoing fear Obama will eVentually come up with a fabricated means allowing him to pass an executive order to delay the presidential election......extend his term beyond his current term.

Maybe THAT would inspire some red blooded Americans....Dems or republicans or black or white or whatever to do something.

MAYBE!

Then it would be time for the 21st century non partisan, non racial, non ethnic Revolution!

Conspiracy theorists came up with this same scenario after the 2012 elections and while I cannot accept it, it does fit in with his style !!

All Obama has to do is get rid of that pesky constitutional amendment that says he is term limited after two terms, and he could set himself up to be our leader for life.

Then the new problem for the USA will be the emmigration of the real taxpayers and lovers of our old freedoms.

It will definitely speed up the timing of when we become the minority after which there will be no more hope of recovery to the America most of us grew up defending and loving.

In place of mandatory voting, how about mandatory not stopping people from voting?

Quite an accusation, however, as ALWAYS, devoid of any facts.

These are new voting LAWS....NOT stopping anyone from voting. A HUGE difference.

As a poster on here is so very fond of saying......elections have consequences. I think we need strict voting laws, not more lenient.

BUT NOBODY STOPPED ANYONE...these are LAWS. Do you find any law that you do not agree with some sort of conspriracy ?

No, President Obama won fair and square in 2008 and again in 2012. There was no need for any recounts in the presidential race.

It is pretty simple is it not?

If Obama is pondering or promoting or intimating or hinting at the prospect of mandatory voting he is pusuing a potential gain for his party.

He is so phony when he acts as though he is presenting good for we the people.
No sincerety.

My thought. Voting is a right and should not be an obligation

And who and how would such a law be enforced?
Finger in purple dye?
No purple finger then you are penalized.....cut off finger!
Issue everybody a voter ID? We know how popular that one is eh?

You mean the party that does not want voter ID would want everybody to vote.
Just how would they know?

Stop and think about it. Obama did not. Like a lot of other things in his speeches, he presents waht he thinks are cutesy or presidential sounding. And then does nothing, unless it serves his agenda.

If he and many others would think about the unrealistic(ness) of the intent.
Check out the following presentation on voter participation:
2014 midterm election turnout lowest in 70 years
Now just how does the talker in chief expect to get these numbers up.
It is a shame that approximately 50% of this country's voting population do not.

I know if you don't vote you lose yout govrnment handout benefits!
Or we take your cell phone or cigarettes or booze away for 12 months.

As usual.....just like hope and change sounded good in a speech. This lark on voting is no different.
