There are no term limits

Normally all cabinet members leave when the president who appointed them leaves, unless requested to stay, like Bob Gates former Sec of Defense.

Until he is sworn in on Jan 20 at 12;01, Trump is a private citizen and has as much right to fire a cabinet member as I do.

Umm, he can't fire her now. She will tender her resignation and it will be accepted at the end of Obama's term.. You don't need to try to make any drama out of this.

What makes you think a third party candidate would be any different than a D or R? A third party politician is no different than any other politician.

Loretta Lynch is the last cabinet member Trump would hold over. ICYMI she's a woman, black, and would hit the trifecta if she were Muslim.

Trump has already dumped Christie and made Pence the head of his transition team. He probably thinks that Christie has too much baggage.

THE FACTS ARE, that first of all we owe slightly more to Japan then to China. FAR MORE IMPORTANT-together Japan and China hold less than 20% of the National debt.
SOCIAL SECURITY holds 42% of the National Debt. WE HAD NO CHOICE but we trusted our government to hold the money we were forced to send them over 45 years worth for me, THEY NOT ONLY SPENT MY MONEY BUT, THEY SPENT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR KIDS MONEY.

WAKE UP. Big government of OBAMA and of HILLARY is not the solution. Big Government is the problem.
