I believe the protocol is to resign when a new administration comes in and if they want you to stay they will not accept the resignation. Regardless, she is definitely gone.

Unfortunately for YOU, your examples were all men who were able to quantify their "ideas" with the physical world/galaxy. They had pesky things called "science" and "geometry" to validate their ideas and genius.
