About 4 years or so, a poster on TOTV was being seriously hassled. To the point of going to another forum, not only bashing this poster personally, but listing the posters full name and home address. The poster being harassed on here became aware of the personal attacks on this other forum along with others. And was very upset, and with good reason. The poster on here enlisted via PM a number of us regulat posters who were not involved in that sort of crap, and who this poster trusted. I, and a number of others did visit that site, and I suppose "outed" this person, by sharing everything we knew and soundly criticizing. If that is trolling, I plead guilty. I have heard of that kind of PM origin attack since, and have experienced it. It is juvenile, and a vicious thing to do. This is a computer forum. When this becomes your reality you need to get help, and that help should not come from PMing your "friends" to "go get other posters" who YOU have deemed "enemies" |

Sounds like a bunch of juveniles, but hey if you all want to play your teenie bopper games, go for it. Different strokes for different folks as they say. Sounds like you sensitive types take this stuff seriously. Tough to have a discussion when all the teenage girls on here insist on crying have calling names. I guess to some, this is considered entertainment. It's become kind of tedious. Maybe it's time for them to shut it down until the next election cycle. Just my thought on it, not necessarily a suggestion. I really don't care, just like I do not care about any of your personal problems. Just wish you kids would find some other forum to play in. Maybe the local high school facebook site? |

You friend GracieGirl is the person who solicited help with being terribly harassed by another, and I tried to help. Since then rumors, and I have no facts that I am able to share, that she has done the same kind of things regarding folks she either does not like or whatever. I am sure she is happy that you continue to dig at this for your little girl reasons. I say no more because I respect promises I have made, but keep pushing.....you truely are a sick and not bright person. |

I am going to choose to believe that you have me mixed up with someone else, because I am not involved in your little squabbles. I do not care if I offend you with my comments. If I am wrong, correct me with some facts. If I am right or you cannot debate my statement, then STFU. I have little patience with your little girly games. |
Get rid of the women...make this men only...and all this drama ends.
How about a men only forum? They have one...why not us? |

I find it interesting that we have the back and forth name calling like a bunch of grammar school kids and half of those are do it are complaining about the way the POTUS talks.
But I'm still having a problem understanding how one minute I'm hearing how President Trump is destroying the country and the next minute, from the same people I hear that he's done nothing but play golf and take vacations and that he's has accomplished absolutely zero in his first hundred days. If he's done nothing, how is he destroying the country? How is he hurting the little people by making himself and his friends rich if he's accomplished nothing? |

He is daily destroying the confidence of the White House...of the Presidency. South Korea has already said publicly they will be slow to believe what he says, and Americans are rapidly losing confidence in everything that he says. Day is coming when we will require honesty from the White House. Hope the truth makes Trump look good, or you will get a lie, and hope that does not have disasterous consequences. He is still in election mode, playing to his fan club instead of Americans. |

Tell us what you don't like about what he is doing. We already know you don't like what he says, so skip over that. Give me a policy or E.O. or law he has signed that you do not approve of so that a legitimate discussion can be started. Even you must be tired of crying over his lack of verbal polish. |

"America prides itself on peaceful transitions from one president to the other. No coups. No backstabbing. No backward glances at what might have been. We witness this every four years or, at the most, every eight. No matter how bitter a presidential campaign or how antithetical an outgoing president’s policies and ideology may be from his successor’s, the newcomer is ushered into the highest office in the land with dignity and courtesy. Such continuity is a fundamental tenet of the United States. Only in the weeks preceding the Civil War was it violated, when the southern states seceded after the election of Abraham Lincoln. Also part of our tradition is the absence of any remonstrance from one president toward another, regardless of the ideological gulf between them. Almost since the founding of the nation, it has been considered unthinkable for a former president to criticize a sitting president. But as these are the times that try men’s (and women’s) souls, such niceties must cease. Since January 20, the nation’s most fundamental values have been distorted as the man who spoke of “carnage” at his inauguration presides over a divided and fractious nation. This carnage—a blow to our comity and polity, to our sense of union and of purpose—Trump has personally unleashed. If this is what is in store for us over the next four years, the United States may be unrecognizable by 2020. Confronted by such conditions, it is incumbent upon the five living former presidents—Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama—to disregard tradition and form a Presidential Committee of Conscience that would have one purpose: to admonish and correct a sitting president whose actions are a threat to the defining ethos of the nation; whose policies contribute to the shredding of the fabric that bind us together as a people and fracture alliances that have been the foundation of a reasonably calm and sensible global order; whose cavalier utterances betray the dignity and purpose of the office of the presidency." Former Presidents Should Lead the Criticism of Trump |
What does that have to do with honesty in the white house?

In your OPINION, seeing how you have 50 years experience in the political arena LOL, which past President displayed the correct amount of integrity? Which President did a better job of instilling confidence in the White House...Presidency? South Korea...Did they say they want no help from us? If so, I am all for letting them handle North Korea without our help. I wish them luck! Americans are rapidly losing confidence...You never had confidence in him, is this in the same poll that said voters that voted for him would not change their vote? Or, is this another one of your "feelings"? The rest of your post does not even deserve reading... |

If anything, people I talk with are disappointed that he hasn't been able to get these things done fast enough. That the republicans can't all get on the same page and use the power that they have. People I know are very upset over them giving the democrats this horrendous budget that funds every thing that we were promised would get unfunded. This budget is the disastrous consequences of the party in power not following through on their promises or recognizing why they were put in power. It adds to the debt and takes us in the wrong direction. Unfortunately, it appears that President Trump will sign it. Hopefully this is just part of a long term plan of giving a little and getting a lot in the long run. I'm sorry to say that we're seeing politics as usual and that concerns about re-election is taking precedence over what they know is best for the country. |

The budget is bad and I am also disappointed in the actual numbers for 2017 and the proposals being bandied about for 2018. Just know, that me personally, it is tough to discuss topics much because you have no idea when the President is telling the truth....it fluctuates, not only in substance but in comparison to the real world. I just wish that topics like the budget and foreign policy were up for discussions, but we have a president, who I realize is adored by millions....actually that is one of the things that scares me most.....adoration and loyalty with no question at all, despite proven lies and accusations FROM the White House. However, on the budget, how do you see the spending going down at all in 2018. Just weighing the "talk" on budget proposals is staggering in its sheer numbers after hearing so much criticism for 8 years, it appears it might be worse. |

Just googled Barack Obama's Senate voting record, most of which is furnished by FactCheck and is also a matter of public record, and it is not exactly what you would call "stellar". Missing 70% of the votes and just voting 'present' on especially controversial items does not scream of good representation. These records are reflective of Senate business in or just prior to the election years. There is much stuff there to go through and in all fairness, it was a Democrat controlled Senate, so maybe his votes or lack thereof, didn't or wouldn't make a difference. |

Hey sore loser, instead of searching for non stop negative crap about Trump as a person, why don't you spend your time posting some positive stuff about Crooked Hillary? |

Let me give it a go. She failed her promise to NY to create jobs. She DID author three bills in the senate. Of course, they were do nothing bills. She was SecState, but that is not really a plus in her case, because she was not very good at that job either. She did lose some Americans while she was sleeping. She was instrumental in turning over Libya to ISIS. Probably does not brag about that, either. She broke several felony laws by having her own personal server to do gov business upon, some of it prohibited classified information. She also made classified information available to uncleared individuals. Another felony, not yet prosecuted. I'm sorry, but I really can't find anything good to say about Hillary, so I will have to pass this chore onto someone that is blinded by her celebrity status. Oh, did I mention that she was instrumental in the sale of 20% of the world's uranium to Russia. I wonder if she could have gotten a better deal if she would have consulted with Trump? |

I can recall the loud shrilling when he bowed to a leader using normal local custom......yet here we are.......it is amazing. My post is NOT about the right or wrong of the action but the sheer total hypocrisy of you big mouths. I cringed when Obama embraced Cuba and I am sure you did also, but now we are fine to treat dictators as heroes....simply awesome the hypocrisy. __________________________________________________ ________________ JOHN ADAMS (1735-1826) The people "have a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge-- I mean of the character and conduct of their rulers." Without affirmative action and quotas...where would blacks be today? They had 150 years to become our equals, they've been getting PREFERENTIAL treatment the last 60 years...what HAVE they done? Become MORE of a burden? Hispanics aren't much better, just different. A Hispanic...Mexican...lets be real here...majority IS coming...within 30 years, the US Census says 2042 THEY become the majority. NONE of you are comprehending the change that WILL occur. Look at the border towns...that IS America's future. They ARE breeding us out. Soon it will be mostly Hispanics being elected. |
