That was NOT Bill Clinton that gave that speech. That was a aides victim, a sack of bones, walking skeleton, audition for the Walking Dead. Just proves my theory that he is HIV positive. For a minute, I thought that HELLary had asked her Father-in-law to speak, and he has been dead for how long? Since 1946, also of one of those Clinton mystery deaths, drowning in a car.
