If Hillary Clinton is elected president, that means that the GOP lost six of the last seven electoral votes for president. What Clinton can accomplish will depend on which party controls the senate and house. If the election were being held today, the GOP would probably lose both, but Nov 8 is a long way away.

If a GOP majority again depends on a composite of that majority. Too often GOP and DOP play footsie because that's what career politicians do and that is how they remain in office Look at the majority of politcians that leave Washington most of them were people who tried to make a difference and did not get caught in a cross fire but because both sides turned their sites on "the good guy"

Obama by crooked methods did quite a bit of damage and look for any of the remaining presidential candidates to do the same thing.

My hope is that Paul Ryan stays strong and Mitch Mc Connell follows suit

I hope that you looked at Faux News last night and saw their political map.

Hillary will win Ohio, Virginia, and Florida. Those three plus the historical Blue states make her the winner in November.

It is Northern Virginia with their population of Democrats, the major cities of Ohio that are largely minority, and the large counties in Florida of minorities and Latinos that put these states in the Democrat WIN column.

The minorities, the Latinos, the young voters, the college educated males under 50, and educated women are the new forces in politics - and they vote Democratic.

Consider what happened to Mary Landrieu of LA who lost her longtime senate seat last election.
The deep south has always been Democratic and blacks have always voted that way.
However, blacks are starting to wake up to the fact that the Democrats have done absolutely nothing for them in return for their votes.
One could argue that they are worse off under the Obama administration.
This is an example of a powerful ad that was run against Landrieu pointing out the above.

Actually, that's quite funny. Because when Democrats win, "old white guys" are not the ones that suffer. Its the stupid young that suffer in socialist societies.
