Diversity is the LAST thing truly intelligent "think tanks" would want. A differing opinion isn't worth a damn if it's wrong. Would you go to the special education class to look for people for your debate team? Then why would you want minorities in your "think tank"? Might as well let people bring in their pets...their ideas are about as clever. When an organization is so concerned with diversity I don't give them much credence.

I am replying but not with a rebuttal of any kind. Reading your response, it is obvious that your beliefs are founded in skin color and not fundamental economics thus with respect I stand back.

I could show you various economic reports about how he gains from the tax reform he proposes more than anyone and its impact on the national debt, but you will reject them out of hand. You can obviously google and read the economist of your choice, but thinking it will not change anything in this conversation.

My point, as I said earlier was that he lied to his followers and how he and his family will gain more from these tax plans than anyone.

ALSO, as I said, I do not think these tax plans will see the light of day in any case. I do hope he pursues the infrastructure spending however.

Economics and "skin color" or more accurately...species...are very interrelated. White have successful, thriving economies...blacks do not...ever.

I Googled YOUR "economists", you posted them, I just checked them out. They're BOTH liberal and therefore biased. No liberal place will EVER blame the minorities themselves for anything. It's ALWAYS something/somebody else not giving them a chance. They'll NEVER say...it's them, they're just not as smart as we are.

As for Trump...I agree with you. He's a crooked as the rest of them. He'll create problems like the rest of them. I just disagree with the people who are "analyzing" his economic plans. They've ALL been liberals, every one you cited were all liberals...and therefore can't be trusted for honesty because their major tenet "equality" is a false lie.

It's like a church...if their main tenet is a false lie, why do you care what else they have to say?

No disrespect intended, but when I see posts like this I wonder how much real world experience a person such as this has had to make such a comment. Successful business people often have a lot of experience in leadership, negotiation, working within budgets, working with many different types of people, and so on. I think these are important qualities for a President. Many things can be learned, some of the above, not so much.

And how do you suppose we pay for this without cutting spending elsewhere or increasing taxes? Once you can find a solution for that, you will be the next billionaire.

They lower interest rates so they can make the interest payment.

Infrastructure spending done correctly is great for the economy. Building of railways, airports, etc will create millions of jobs.

I think I read one time, that long term the economy gets almost 2 bucks for every buck of infrastructure spending.

You hear a lot of talk about reducing regulations, etc.

Most if that talk is because the regulations make infrastructure spending difficult.

Let me answer that with the fact that Obama had NO/NO leadership experience or training and look at his miserable record and how divided the country is today. These business billionaires have leadership experience. The government is just another business, supposedly a non-profit business. The gov would have been shut down decades ago if it was a private business, as being unproductive. If you can't see where a business person might have an advantage in management, then you are one of the causes of our country's plight.

It would have been forced into bankruptcy. $20 trillion in debt AND borrowing over a $trillion a year? That's bankrupt.

They'll have an advantage all right...in managing to get even richer off the taxpayer. Trump will borrow and spend like crazy...they'll be in on the ground floor. Officially, they can't profit...but we all know how that goes.
