So how come the enrollment in Obamacare keeps growing, now up to 22 million? Hopefully none of these 22 million are Trump voters. Trump promises to repeal the ACA on day one and dump these 22 million back on the emergency rooms where they belong.

One reason is that some states, including CA, are doing what we were promised would never happen. Non-citizens are accessing the ACA.

The amount you paid to social security was likely the biggest tax you paid.
More important, many people may not even realize it, for ever dollar you sent in your employer was forced to match it. I WAS SELF EMPLOYED AND I HAD TO PAY 13% TO SOCIAL SECURITY. If, you worked for someone other than your self you paid a maximum of 7%. THE OTHER HALF WAS ESSENTIALLY TAX FREE INCOME TO YOU.

As to the PAYOUT compared to what you have paid in.
My wife and I just got on medicare. ONCE AGAIN WE GET THE SHAFT. Because of what I had EARNED, we do not have the guaranteed INFLATION CAP on what we pay to medicare AND I PAY THE TOP AMOUNT FOR MEDICARE COVERAGE.

It does allow STATES to. ask or petition a waiver to allow more to become available.

That is what California is doing...petitioning for a waiver on the basis with more in the plans, premiums go down

The ACA clearly and with great clarity forbids extension of benefits to illegal immigrants. Do you challenge that ?

A number of right wing extremists have published articles (Daily Caller for one) saying some emergency rooms make some exceptions feeling it is in their best interest financially to handle these cases.

There is a provision in the law where it allows states to ask for waivers on any provision. In California, there is a move to ask for such a waiver, but that has not happened yet.

It is a non point since Trump is going to eliminate the ACA first day in office.
