Default New User Having a Problem

Hi! I just bought and installed your app on my (new to me) Optimus F3Q Android phone. When I try to get cart directions I get this message:

You must be in The Villages Florida to get direction by cart.

Well, I'm in the Villages Florida, my GPS is on and working. Google maps has absolutely no problem locating my position.

I'm frustrated and disappointed. Help!

We answered your email you sent but here it is again on here....

Software updates for your LG Optimus F3 D520 may be available periodically. Its recommended to install these, so your device will continue to operate*smoothly. This will also ensure you always have the latest features at your disposal.
*
Follow the steps described here to check for available software updates.

1.*Note: Most software updates cannot be reversed. It is often not possible to reinstall the older software on your LG Optimus F3 D520.It is recommended to*make a*backup*before you update the software on the device to avoid losing personal data and apps.Ensure that the LG Optimus F3 D520 is sufficiently*charged or connect the device to a power source before you start updating. In some cases, the update can take as long as 30 minutes.
Follow the steps described here to check for available software updates.

2.*Go to the Home screen. *Choose Apps.

3.*Scroll to the right. *Choose Settings.

4.Scroll down.Choose About phone.

5.*Choose System updates.

6.*If this screen appears, an update is available. To install the software update, choose Restart & install, and follow the on-screen instructions. If this screen*does not appear, the LG Optimus F3 D520 already has the latest software version.

Return to the Home screen.

7.*After the update, screens on your LG Optimus F3 D520 might look different. Check whether any personal data and apps are still present. If required,*restore the backup.

After all of this, Please try the app and let us know if that worked ok?

Thanks to both of you!

I'll give this a try this evening. Last I checked, the system was up to date, but some apps were not, and could not because of memory constraints. I'll purge what I can, update again, and let everyone here know how it went.

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately we have only had a couple requests for a Windows app. There just isn't enough demand to justify the cost to do that app.

If you have a iPad or Android tablet with a data plan, that will work.

If there is a big demand for Windows in the future, we will sure make one.
