What is going on with gps? Hasn’t worked for a long time. Can get a refund?

The Villages GPS app has not worked for over a week. I have removed it and reinstalled it. Still doesn't work. It gives the message "The operation could not be completed. ObjectMapper failed to serialize response." PLEASE take care of this bug! The same message is on all my friends apps too.

Does this go to anyone in charge of the app? Update. I see now where they are working on it.
