Villages GPS App update

Thanks for the new app update (v23.8). It now has the Water Lily Bridge and can route golf carts via that bridge. Yay!

One area for improvement - the app is routing carts via some of the paths in The Village of Marsh Bend that are pedestrian/bike only.
