Hi, sorry you are having issues.
Here are a few things to try.
1. Turn off and back on your phone and try again.
2. Try closing the app, turning off the WiFi on your phone, then try the app again.
3. Delete the app and reinstall it again… when you open the app, click Allow while using the app to any popups.
4. If you are trying the app inside of your home, try it outside, away from your home. Sometimes, there can be interference inside.
5. If your phone has a VPN activated, it won’t work. Please disarm that and try again.
