My Villages GPS is still not working. I get a message that says that the operation couldn’t be completed because the object matter failed to serialize, whatever that means.

The app works right up to the point where I see the map and press start. Then the whole screen turns blue and I have no options except to exit. What do I have to do?

Same here, since yesterday not working, getting blue screen . Rebooted phone, and deleted and reinstalled app, nada..... sent them an email, no response....

Hi, I just read this and we are working on Android issues now.

We will have another update coming as soon as the Play Store approves it.

There is a zoom issue with it but we will fix that afterwards.

iPhones are working fine.

Also, we read and reply to every single email within a couple hours.
Every email has been answered to this point.

We will reply to every email as well as on here as soon as we have the new update.

Android users, Please go to the Play Store and update the app.

There is a zoom issue with it but we wanted to get it back up fast.

Just use your fingers to zoom in after clicking the route.

After clicking Start… start driving and if may say recenter if it doesn’t automatically zoom in.

Click that and it willing work fine.

We will fix that in another update soon.
