Noted your call name. 71 degrees in Vail Colorado yesterday. Realize that this is a short term abnormality. Have been skiing for 40 years and can not recall last time we had unbearable cold weather.

Well Bum, maybe it is you who needs work on reading comprehension. Read the chart, yes which compares 2022 temps to a baseline of 1991-2020, which is scary as warming had already begun. But while you are criticizing my accurate post, read the words which clearly stated that 2022 is going to be in the top 10 or even top 5 all ALL YEARS IN the 143 YEAR RECORD.

So the posting of the OP that this is a cold year is wrong. Totally wrong. It is not propaganda it is real temperature data. It is your errant conclusion that is the junk.

Looking at the map, you'll see more Blue than Red -- the US was cooler than average Jan-Mar ... and the same is true for April. Those "government" global numbers mentioned are "adjusted" data, not the actual thermometer data. Agencies have been lowering past temperatures and increasing recent temperatures to enhance global warming trends. You can find numerous examples of this process in peer-reviewed literature. Also look into John Bates.

I wonder if this guy theory’s are right? If so , there NOTHING humans can do to control climate.

Link between Milankovitch's theory of orbital forcing and ice ages remains an open question >> Environment Counts

143 years of records is millisecond in 100,000 hours clock.

Scaring people sells. Man-made climate change is a hoax. Our current interglacial period has yet to reach anywhere close to the levels of two of the last 4 interglacial periods. This was all before us dirty humans would have impacted such change. Being that our planet has spent more time in a glacial period I would sure hate to be alive during those times. Good luck with those batteries when temps average 20 degrees F.

Milankovitch answers many questions -- but not all. It's not that simple. An excellent discussion (a set of 10 essays) by Javier can be found on Judith Curry's "Climate Etc" website.

Back to the OPs observation of Cooler Temperatures for last three or 4 months. I personally have noticed it. Not saying it is a climate change or Glacier on the horizon, but it has been pleasant. Have not seen any Dinosaurs or Polar Bears invading the area. No urgent need to upgrade the furnace or AC.

I moved to Florida to get a head start on the next Ice Age glaciation. Once those glaciers start moving south again, land and housing prices here will skyrocket. Of course, as that happens, Florida will actually grow in size, because the oceans will drop about 400 feet, just they have done during the past glaciation cycles

And the Texas power grid is failing already temperature in the 90’s and Texans are being asked to conserve energy as 6 power station are off line due to demand. Not for heat but A/C and it's only May.

I lived in Texas for 6 years in 70’s, by May it’s pretty much 90’s everyday. In June 1980 it never got below 80 at night and over 100 every day for as I remember the whole month. That was before Dallas, Houston, Austin, ft. Worth and SA had population explosions. Use see farmland between Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Denton Texas. Now you can’t see where one city begins and another one starts. Now where do you think all those people moved from? Yep, same as Florida.
