The confusion comes from CNN and the likes. Yes, we are warming as we slowly thaw out from the Little Ice Age. During that thawing over the past 300+ years, there have been many ups and downs. Currently we are in the latest "down" or cooling period -- for 7 years now. It may continue going down and or it may later continue its thawing trend -- no one knows. But the important point is, as CO2 continues to skyrocket upwards, the global temperature sinks downwards. E.G., the man-made climate change narrative is a hoax -- a scam -- CO2 is not a control knob -- it's plant food.

Second question ... why did corals experience their greatest diversity when CO2 levels were much higher than today. Answer 1 ... corals love warmer waters. Answer 2 ... That coincided with wind gusts topping 110 mph. The Weather Service office serving the area tweeted that the wind chill was so low that its software for logging such data “refuses to include it!”
