Oh, yes, eventually people will tell you who they are. And SOME people want the world to NEVER change because they like the idea of the current tax brackets which favor a certain group at the expense of all others. These same people want the oil and gas and gas automobile manufacturers to be the dominate industry FOREVER. The problem is that OIL is running out in Saudi Arabia and in the US and EVERYWHERE. We have MAYBE (?) 20 years of PEAK oil left.......and THEN what????? Should we JUST leave the problem for the next generation (our grandchildren) to solve? Or should we do the RIGHT thing and prepare to transition to an electric-powered world?
.......For that, we will need to build many of the NEW generation of SAFE nuclear power generation plants. And improve the wind and solar generation technology - also other methods including safe FUSION energy.
.......Today people in the US need to buy more E-vehicles, E-bikes, E-lawnmowers, and E-GOLF CARTS to begin the transition from OIL and GAS which is running out. A fringe benefit is that these vehicles are all QUIETER.

I just LOVE to see all the "wild and crazy" graphs that are SAID to prove everything, but as far as I can see prove NOTHING because the CONCLUSION is going against the REALITY that 99% of all world scientists have established.........that the earth and its animal and people inhabitants are seriously endangered by MAN-MADE Global Warming.

That would be COUNTRIES.....plural - such as Russia, Finland, Sweden, Canada, and the USA. Other countries like China, Japan and Australia MAY (?)have fishing and mining fleets up there .....and therefore can make LEGAL claims to be there.

Agreed that probably 80% of migrants crossing the US southern border ILLEGALLY are NOT true economic and climate migrants. They are just OPPORTUNISTIC and taking advantage of the US's History of being a WELCOMING country to immigrants.
..... The problem is that when you consider the wealth of the US and its amount of natural resources, roads, education capacity, food production, and other factors; and you tried to calculate OPTIMAL POPULATION - I believe that that number would be around 275 million legal citizens.

I read that NPR article. It seemed like a nice "feel good" situation that probably represents about .5 % of all the world's coral reefs. The problem is WARMING of the water is taking the coral organisms outside of their LIVABLE range in most parts of the world. The coral is dying from HEAT and the BLEACHING effect of excessive CO2 in the ocean water. Dead coral gets taken over by sea urchins and stops supporting tiny fish that bigger fish need to eat. So, this affects commercial fishing by humans. I also know that China has massive fishing fleets that prowl the coral reefs and other ocean areas all around the globe. The Chinese fishing fleet destroys anything in its path and freezes all fish caught in its massive nets for the purpose of feeding Chinas huge population back home.
......The basic coral reef destruction problem goes back to the BASIC problem of HEATING up of planet EARTH - aka Gobal Warming.

An early snow in Chicago would actually be a proof FOR Global Warming NOT against G.W. Because, as we all know, warmer air holds GREATER moisture. The REAL CLIMATE scientists predict for the next year in the US that temperatures will be slightly HIGHER and therefore, there will be more rain (and snow). So, if you live in Chicago or anywhere in the northern US, buy a new SNOW SHOVEL and make sure that your back and heart are in good shape before shoveling.

Why is increasing CO2 decreasing hurricanes and tornadoes?
