While I can't speak to the Pacific, Saharan dust is keeping the Atlantic storms at bay. Once that is gone it will ramp up. The best metrologist to follow is Denis Phillips out of Tampa. He goes live on Facebook and YouTube most every Tuesday and Thursday night at 7:30. If there's a storm brewing he'll be on every night.

Not exactly hurricane force, but winds up to 80mph.

Saharan dust storms have tamped down the weather fronts that create hurricane activity. Still time in September for a BIG one!

Hurricane season in the Atlantic starts September 1...that's when you start to see the most activity

That is because chem trails are used to make people stupid. Why else would so many people vote for either of the two main candidates. No smart person thinks these are the best choices out there.
The current candidates are the perfect proof of the government program that chem trails making Americans stupid.
