My question is I have an 19yr old son and a 24yr old daughter - they will be moving with me. Any advice on areas either in the villages or surrounding areas that there are young families so my children feel comfortable and don't feel out of place. Any advice anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

The first thought that would come to mind is that your children are getting old enough to be out of the nest, either at school or in a job. Where do they look to work or go to school? That to me would be more important than your adult children being comfortable or out of place. All ages of people live in Florida.
