IMHO, it would probably be cheaper to buy a replacement motor, unless, this is a capacitor start type motor, and the capacitor, or transfer contacts are shot. I am relatively new to the area, so I cannot offer advice on a motor repair shop. We bought our spa from Spa Kingdom (on 441, just south of 466a), and I would go there first. If you can remove the motor, they may be able to test, call them first, as I am guessing...
