I drove by there a few days ago. It looks like it is a long, long way from anything. I was also thinking that if one were to buy there now, you'd be putting up with construction dust for the next six to twelve months.

I also find it odd that they are starting at the furthest point out and building inward. I would think that it would be easier to sell homes that are close to anything. I wouldn't want to live where there is mile of undeveloped dirt between myself and the next house.
