Haven't you learned why yet? This is "Florida's Friendliest Hometown" and the only people that have the power to slap someone's hand and not be concerned with losing their business are Law Enforcement Officer's. Any management to an establishment that caters to the public is not going to say anything to offend the egos of the "people that are legends in their own mind".
