I was going slightly down hill approaching an intersection where the path routes into a village behind the gate. So I just kept going, checked for traffic, and when I got through the intersection, I start to accelerate. Now, the golf cart behind me is much farther back because they don't seem to be able to go through the turns as quickly as a bike. Eventually the cart catches up with me, and in a slight uphill stretch, passes me, and yells thank you. I thought it was a little ironic that someone would honk at me and ask me to slow down so that they could pass me. That was a first.
Instead of posting something like this in this forum just put a sign on your back that says kick me. We seem to have a lot of angry people in our friendlist home town and bike riders are a popular whipping boy. Hope you said your welcome.
