When I went on Medicare, I took out a Humana supplemental plan (Plan F). It is a little more than the similar plan with UHC but does include gym member ship. I pay around $230. per month, not counting Medicare payments, for me and my wife.

There is no deductible and no referral required. Villages UHC system accepts this insurance. If the doctor or medical provider accepts Medicare, this plan pays the remainder.
