Relax in the spacious well appointed home and enjoy the large lanai which looks out onto a private, over-sized grassy corner lot backyard featuring a perfect northeast exposure that provides a quiet and relaxing retreat that you can use all day long.
Our CYV is completely furnished and includes 2 HDTVs with premium service, Hi speed internet, local and national phone service as well as a gas cart, BBQ grill and 2 temporary resident passes as part of the rental.
