I switched to Ooma 6 months ago for phone service. It was costing me $3.83 a month. I was checking my credit card statement today and it showed a charge for $14.54 from them. I logged into my account on Ooma.com and saw I had been charged for the last 3 months @ $14.54. I called Ooma and they told me the small print in my agreement with them states that if I didn't want to upgrade to their premium service in month 4 I had to call them and advise them of such.

This is the same thing Sirus XM radio does and seems to be a trend now among corporations like the Columbia Record Club in the old days lol. Anyway I told them I never wanted the Premier service and they refunded my money.
