On the Sumter web site the address seems to work better if it's all caps. There is good infomation as to house size, lot size etc.

The information everyone seems to be trying to find is taxes. It doesn't matter and the information will be worthless. The taxes on any purchase will be based on the sale price, not on what the prior owners were paying. They change the assessed value every time a property is sold. So new taxes. Use a % of sale price as the best estimate. 1.5% if you will be a full time Florida resident and 2.5% if you will not. That will be close.
