Respectively submitted, you have too much time on your hands. Reducing round-a-bouts to one lane is going to create the predictable, a rush by drivers to be first enter this one lane creating a greater hazard. round-a-bouts are the cats pajamas and so easily manipulated. clearly and generally speaking people concerned about round-a-bouts are same sort of people concerned about on/off ramps, three way stops, going through the villages gates etc
