Do you REALLY want unlicensed and uninsured drivers on the road? The licenses will not be used for voting as they are marked in large letters it is not for voting. Roads are much safer when drivers are licensed.
Round up 11 million people, ship them and children born in USA back wherever?

Petition your next President to do that. I am sure Pres. Clinton will take you seriously.
