Why is it with the leadership of a black president a black attorneys general, and numerous upon numerous political black leaders this country has become so racially divided during their stewardship?

Why has this leadership allowed these ad hominen attacks against police go forward? Where is the responsible leadership that suppose to adjudicate justice and fairness to all members of this nation?
