The model in question (Cordoba) is a Town House. Located in Spanish Springs at the rear of the movie and hotel parking lot. The area is "The Spanish Springs Villas" Town houses grouped 4 or 5 to a building. Some are 2 stories, some are 3 stories. Who would want stairs at our age?
Besides amenity fee, I think they have some sort of home owner association with fees. They have common maintenance and landscaping.
