Michael is a great guy, works hard and is about the most decent guy I have come across in a long long time. My wife likes him too. Just can find a more low cost, reasonably price guy that will honestly TELL YOU THE TRUTH, and not charge an arm and a leg like the big dealerships do. I only go to Michael's. Give them a try.....just GOOGLE "Michael's Automotive and Repair, Fruitland Park" and you will be glad you did.

THE KNAUER FAMILY
Believe it or not, before I read your posting, I had an appointment to take my car to Michael's shop. I had been there a couple of years ago with a power window problem and Michael wouldn't even take any money for fixing it as it said it was a simple fix.

I needed a couple of things done, one of them an air conditioning issue and the other was a radiator hose that needed to be replaced. Instead of waiting for the parts truck to deliver the hose and to save me some time, Michael actually went to get the hose while his technician worked on my air conditioner.

Folks, I was out of there in less that 90 minutes and based on previous experience at dealerships, I probably paid 1/3 of what I would have been charged at a dealership. Give him a try - you won't be sorry!
