Regardless, it really doesn't matter. Any of the electric carts should be able to maintain 20 mph. I would be more concerned about the range.

No need to worry about range any more. A new battery is available called "The Ranger". Six, eight volt batteries now will give you over 50 miles.
I had them installed in my cart and have gone up to 45 miles and came back across the bridge.
