Mass murderers are few and far between, so get over it. If the crazies don't have guns then they will just resort to bombs, or knives or axes or bats. A crazy is a crazy no matter what you take away from them. Doctors take more lives than guns, so maybe you want to outlaw doctors? Or maybe cars, since they also take more lives.
