Default Snow Bird owners

A snow Bird owner often will "fly in" three or more times a year. January thru April is what I call the real Snow Bird season. Most every "bird" is in town during these months.

BTW, I don't find so called Snow Birds, on the average, to be anymore rude than any other TV resident.
