Most papers do not print the names or pictures of victims of crimes, at least not without specific permission unless their identity was obvious from a PUBLIC incident. Off the mark?.....you made my point....this newspaper NEVER publishes names let alone pictures of villagers in these types of stories....then why choose to do so in this article???
